Hypnotherapy can be used to treat many issues. For instance, it can help you to lose weight, stop smoking, be free from fears and phobias, and increase your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Who am I?

Tracy Thomas - a qualified hypnotherapist specialising in supporting weight loss and stopping smoking. I have also worked for 20 years as a MacMillan Nurse and have a thorough understanding of the psychological aspects of ill health. In addition, I am an experienced group facilitator.

What do I offer?

I offer individual hypnotherapy to treat a range of problems. I lead group hypnotherapy workshops for weight loss and stopping smoking. I also give free presentations on hypnotherapy to groups and organisations in and around Plymouth.

I have a flexible appointments system and offer evening and weekend appointments and group workshops.
